Although some guests had complaints about the older rooms that need updating, the majority of them found the stay enjoyable. The meals for dinner and breakfast were tasty and the location of the hotel was great for our trip to Universal Studios. However, some guests reported difficulty with traffic when trying to enter or exit the hotel. Additionally, a few guests complained about unpleasant smells in one of the halls. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed for part of the stay and the cold weather wasn't expected. Overall, the hotel provided a very good experience with nothing to dislike.
